Warren, MI – October 14, 2015 – Silver Sail Capital, LLC (“SSC”) and 3P Equity Partners, LLC (“3P”, and together with SSC, “S3”) have announced a joint investment in Novo Motor Acoustic Systems, Inc. (“Novo” or the “Company”). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
S3 is excited to partner with management to build on the strong foundation the team has created. S3 intends to provide significant additional resources and growth capital to the company, allowing it to expand its operational footprint and continue to explore both organic and inorganic growth initiatives. Together we look forward to developing new and innovative technologies allowing the Company to continue along its impressive historical growth trajectory.
