Kansas City, MO – January 12, 2017 – Silver Sail Capital, LLC (“SSC”) and 3P Equity Partners, LLC (“3P”, and together with SSC, “S3”) have announced a joint investment in JPI Glass, LLC. (“JPI Glass” or the “Company”). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. S3 is excited to partner with its original founder and other management personnel to build on the strong foundation the team has created. As a financial group, S3 will provide access to additional resources and growth capital that will allow the Company to continue along its impressive historical growth trajectory. Together we look to transform the business beyond its current geographic reach as well as further expand the breadth of products and services, through both organic and M&A initiatives.
