We will continue to reinvest capital to expand and grow our portfolio companies – both organically and by merger and acquisition.

Our strategy is to work with our management teams and to ensure that the long-term value-creation strategies are aligned, including jointly assessing risks and agreeing on tactical action plans. We are responsive to the needs of our management teams with open lines of communication. We do not get involved in day to day operations, but maintain regular contact throughout the investment horizon.
